We used two BIG potatoes for this.
Preheat oven to 425.
Cut the potatoes into wedges, and coat lightly in olive oil. Sprinkle the following (mixed) spices:
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Bake around 30 minutes, flipping once mid bake. It's STICKY, so use greased wax paper, or you'll have a mess on your hands. This is also a great seasoning for burgers.
